We evaluate each applicant based on a consistent set of criteria that may include:

Rental history and landlord references

Pet screening and documentation
Other relevant risk factors permitted by law
All applications are reviewed individually and without discrimination based on any protected class under the Fair Housing Act, including but not limited to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
In the unlikely event that we place a resident who fails to pay rent and must be evicted, we offer a Risk Mitigation Guarantee that may cover up to $1,000 in legal fees related to the eviction — at no cost to the owner.

Our system allows prospective tenants to join our interest list, receive notifications of upcoming listings, and even apply online — helping us lease homes faster and reduce vacancy time.
We do not charge any management fees while your home is vacant. Our management fee is a percentage of collected rent — meaning we only get paid when you do.
