Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and while we allow a brief grace period through the 3rd, our accounting team monitors payments daily to ensure prompt follow-up on any missed or returned payments.

To protect your income and stay compliant with Texas law, we follow a structured, fair, and enforceable rent collection process:
Rent Due: 1st of each month
Grace Period: Through the 3rd
Internal Follow-Up: Begins on the 4th
Notice to Pay or Vacate: If payment is not received, we serve a Texas 3-Day Notice to Vacate (or 10-Day if required by subsidy terms)
Legal Action: If payment is still not received, we proceed with the eviction process, including coordination with our attorney
Final Enforcement: In rare cases, we coordinate with local law enforcement to perform a physical eviction
